„Worked perfectly for 4 adults 3 teenagers and one 10 year old for us while we were in Spearfish for a weekend soccer tournament. Much better than a couple of hotel rooms. We made breakfast two mornings and supper one evening while staying here. Plenty of cookware and utensils. Beds were comfortable and so were the couches. Nice to have 2 bathroom and showers as well!“

„I showed up @ the property a little early the day of arrival. The previous guests had left for the day, but the cleaning crew had not yet been to the property. I then called Brandi(Property Manager) on her mobile. She answered my call. had thought the cleaning crew was already finished but came over right away & cleaned the entire house by herself. Just another great example of South Dakota Hospitality! Brandi was absolutely fantastic!!“

„This house was one of the nicest we’ve ever stayed in. It had so much room for us and our extended family. We had babies, kids, adults, and the house was perfect for all. Everyone loved the game room and cozy living room spaces. The kitchen had everything we needed and more! The property was super clean and attention to detail was extraordinary. We saw 16 deer out the back door and enjoyed the huge porch. We would definitely stay again! “

„It was perfect for our family snowmobile weekend. We could access the trails right from the property. Lots of room for the grandies to play. They loved the game room. Host communication was the absolute best!“

„The property was clean and spacious. We had 5 in our group and stayed two nights. It was a cold weekend, and the only criticism we had was the house was at 60 degrees when we arrived. It has in-floor heating so it took quite a while to get heated up to 72. Otherwise there was nothing that we didn't have negative against the property. We will stay again.“

„Everything was as listed but much bigger in person!! Couch was comfier than the futon so people slept on that instead. So many great spaces for us to hang out. Bad things- parking is so tight and complicated! Neighborhood is very cramped together and small with steep hills (unavoidable hills but)“

„We enjoyed our stay. The property was exceptionally clean, with comfortable beds and a huge area downstairs for the kids to enjoy themselves while adults visited! Our view was amazing! The location was perfect and quick drive up the mountain. Kirby was very responsive to our inquiries! Thank you for everything. We will be back! “

„We had people from ages 1-82 stay at the motherload and everyone enjoyed their stay. Very clean, and very comfortable for an entire extended family to stay. “

"Hatten ein Zimmer für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise gebucht. Hatten nichts zu beanstanden. Zimmer war sauber und das Frühstück halt typisch amerikanisch,aber für uns hat es gereicht. "

"Was mir nicht gefallen hat: Plastikgeschirr beim Frühstück und dass der Zimmerservice nicht täglich durchgeführt wird. Der Abfalleimer wird nicht geleert, keine neuen Handtücher und beim Check-in wird dazu kein Wort gesagt. Ebenso bei der Buchung. Man zahlt für Leistungen, die dann nicht erbracht werden!!!!!"

Super friendly staff, clean spacious rooms

"From the outside the hotel is very ugly but inside it's nice and comfortable. The rooms are lange and very clean. The breakfast is good with fresh fruit and everything you want. The great staff was incredibly sweet and helpful. You get a lot for very few money. I planed staying two nights and stayed a week because it was so nice. They have 3 whirlpools in a space next to the back door parking lot. My view from the pretty small window was to that parking lot but it was always quiet. A plus is that you can open the window a bit to let the fresh mountain air in. I will definitely come back. "
