« If you’re looking for a place with service and a place to be on your phone, this is not it. But if you’re looking for a place to recharge and appreciate your surroundings, this cabin is a dream. I was nervous to go in the winter because I wasn’t sure we’d be able to do much, but then I realized when we got there that we didn’t need to do much. The property manager was kind, and the binder she has on the dining table with things to do really was a life saver out there with no service to look up...

« House was lovely, very clean and thoughtfully stocked; even fresh flowers in several of the rooms. Beds were comfortable and set up for cold weather as we were there in December. Our host, Gabriela, was highly responsive and welcoming. And the views of the water were beautiful, highly recommend. »

« The camp is exactly what you would expect in northern Maine on the water. The location is very private due to the trees and rocks down by the water. There is a small beach on the property as well. Owner was very responsive and took care of an issue right away. Would certainly stay again. »

« We needed a place to collapse and reset! This was perfect! Secluded and private with a beautiful sandy beach overlooking the lake. Not having to transport our own kayaks was a great plus; kayaks in good shape. The light over the main dining table was not working, as well as a few electric outlets -- we bought a lantern at Walmart in Calais and did just fine. Got a few really cold showers -- finally figured out one of us needed to shower in the am and the other in the pm to get 2 hot...

« The house was beautiful and very comfortable. It was very well stocked. The lake and dock had nice easy access with sandy beach. The view was incredible and the Loons and we even had a Bald Eagle fly over. Great memories made with our Daughters and grandkids »
