« Katie greeted me by name when I arrived, and got all the basics - door keys, etc. quickly, and explained they are proximity - so just a tap is needed. The building is really well built, with a fitness room and laundry available 24/7. Met interesting 'neighbors' in the same building. The room is one of the best, and nicely decorated. And I got a great night of sleep - so necessary for travelling! »

« First, let me tell you that you have to climb two very steep sets of stairs to even get to the unit. When we arrived the code we were given was incorrect and we couldn't get into the unit. Tried calling the number provided and no one ever answered. Thankfully they did call back, but it took a while. Once in the unit we found it was very dirty and did not feel safe because the code to get into our unit was the same as the one used to access the building as well, which made me feel anyone would be...

« This property is very clean and well stocked! The location is close to restaurants and downtown Hamilton. The road is a little busy, but there is plenty of parking along the street and if the windows are closed you won’t notice the road noise. The host is very communicative! We had a (us) issue at 11:30 at night and they responded in just a few minutes! And really wanted to ensure everything was perfect for our stay. There is also an upstairs area that can easily be missed, it has a closed door...
