So many pros: great, prompt communication with host, well looked after condo and grounds by property management, beautiful spot with wonderful (breezy) beach walks that cool you down, only 20-25 minute walk to town, laundry service (wash & dry for 250 pesos), water jugs delivered right to your water cooler (75 pesos), and water cooler has hot and cold taps, a bathtub (not common in the DR), a great espresso machine, cleaning service twice a week, so...

« Very nice property with pool, surrounded by farms. Very nice apartment owner with great communication. Property security guards are gossipy and do not keep guest information private. They reveal guest coming and going to outside non guests, potentially jeopardizing safety of guest. Should be addressed by management. »

« This review is about the property manager Alvaro. He's top notch. Came for 14 day stay and luggage did not arrive until 2 days after arrival. Alvaro not only waited for me at the airport but acted as an intermediary between the airlines and I so I could get my luggage delivered and enjoy my vacation. He went over and above to help me. »

Upon arrival, I was picked up at the airport and taken to a different hotel, not the one I had reserved. « This is a wonderful, quiet, peaceful, oceanfront condo. The management was amazing and responded to us every time we had a question. They made arrangements for a ride to the airport airport »

« Our holiday in paradise started with the hostess greeting us with a cake she had baked. It was very touching. Lovely condo, very clean and towels and linen provided. Our host also drove us to the grocery store twice, which was so helpful. At one point, we needed a toaster that worked. It took approximately five minutes to give us another one! They also cooked dinner for us one night...such nice, friendly, helpful people!We definitely loved our holiday...and rebooked for next year. Please...

« We stayed in a 2-bedroom villa and it was exceptionally nice. We had our own private pool which was cleaned by the staff during our stay. They went above and beyond to make our stay more enjoyable, like organizing a golf cart and taxis for us. Highly recommend! »
