"We had a nice, spacious room for three with a spacious bathroom. It was modern and nicely decorated, we felt very comfortable. The location is excellent and the building looks really pretty. The beds were comfortable and the room had everything we needed."

"Waren in einem Familienzimmer zu dritt untergebracht. Das Hotel liegt auf einer Autobahnraststätte. Verkehrsgünstig also in alle Richtungen. Wir hatten vier Nächte hier. Das Frühstück war british and very ok. Das Hotel selbst ist etwas abgenutzt und hat auch nur zwei Sterne. Wer nur zum Schlafen hier ist und Tagesausflüge nach Bristol, Cardiff oder Stonehenge macht, ist hier gut aufgehoben. Zu viel Komfort sollte man nicht erwarten. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. "

"Friendly staff welcomed me. Room not available till 15:00 biut thaty was OK. Mostly disappointed by breakfast not served till 08:00 on weekends, since I had to get a train at 08:50 and don't like being rushed."

"Restaurant closed very early, there was no way to get any food. Elevator at the front door didn't work properly. Then they gave ma a room that was the most far away room you can imagine although I had super heavy luggage and despite the fact that the hotel wasn't booked out. The room was not heated and super cold. The sink in the bathroom was blocked. When I had breakfast and walked away to get a second coffee someone put a bottle with cleaning detergent on my bench and didn't show up anymore. On top you can't park in front of the hotel to unload your luggage."
