„Beautiful time. Perfect for a small family. Very clean and had lots of pits annd pans for cooking. (And grill) Enjoyed kayaking, fishing, floating in the clean clear water. The water entrance has some rocks so water shoes for people who may be sensitive , but we didn’t mind ! We loved everything about this place and want to book again !!“

„We recently stayed at this cottage, along with 2 other rentals, for our annual Sisters Weekend. This cottage was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the description. James was very quick to respond to all of my questions. Having the new large deck made this place the center of all of our family meals and hang out time. Lots of love and laughter was shared around that deck and the community fire pit. We absolutely plan to come back! Thanks for having us, James!! It was a great weekend!“

„I absolutely LOVE this little gnome house. We recently stayed at this cottage, along with 2 other rentals, for our annual Sisters Weekend. „This place was perfect for our weekend stay with our 3 small dogs. We loved the beautiful lake view, the large deck with bbq and the firepit in the front yard. It is so hard to find a nice place that will allow us to bring our 3 small dogs. Peter was very friendly and accommodating and answered all our questions promptly. We would definitely stay here again.“

„The Cozy Cottage nestled in the heart of Alton Bay, NH was just what my family of four needed for an extended holiday weekend getaway. My favorite keepsake from staying at Rich’s Cozy Cottage was most definitely the spectacular view and the live music heard from across the Bay while I relaxed on the comfy blue chairs in the large breezeway! We even brought our pugs and our 22 ft boat. Next time I hope to be able to reserve a dock, but the ramp is literally a five minute walk away.“
