„We loved our time in this cozy condo! Kitchen was well stocked, bed was extremely comfortable, location and free parking were clutch! We enjoyed the balcony, watched NCAA games on the big TV, walked around Capitol each evening. The shower pull was a bit hard to turn on, but we nuanced it! Can't wait to come back.“

„We have been in this holiday home with a friends group of 9 people and everything was so nice. The terrace was located so that you had the feeling to be alone there and also the beach was a dream! Since it was a private beach it is very empty there. All in all a perfect stay in a perfectly equipped and beautifully furnished holiday home. We had a great time and can highly recommend it!“

„A wonderful apartment with everything you need during a stay - actually even more. Plus the magnificent view of the Pacific Ocean with a roaring background. And not forgetting the hummingbirds on the balcony. Perfect for exploring Monterey and Big Sur. And as our route took us further south and Highway 1 was unfortunately still closed - perfect.“

„Beautiful location! The view from the main room and bedroom were stunning. Home had all amenities including a well stocked kitchen and plenty of towels and bedding. Home was a bit aged and suffered from some cosmetic issues, e.g. mold/rust in corners of bathroom plumbing and fixtures, sliding doors were difficult to operate. “

„Owner cares about the renters experience . Plentiful supplies. Imaculate No pressure regarding checkout time. Location is awesome in proximity to everything you need. The walk to the beach is a bit of a hike so bring water and don’t try to carry your beach gear. Beach is amazingly beautiful. We would definitely go back .“

It was super clean, had wonderful amenities, a welcomed surprise gift, and perfect location. 3 golfing buddies and I shared the home. It’s the ideal foursome one or two night stay-only 20 minutes from Pebble Beach. Also it’s only 3 miles from a state park and expansive beach area. I highly recommend it.“
