„On the listing it said this room would sleep 6, but it really only sleeps 2. I spoke with the property manager and he said he would lay down a mattress (there were 4 of us) and when we got there they refused to do that. We were forced to book a 2nd room. “

„Large brownstone divided in half. One side for owners other side for guests. 6 small guest rooms sharing 2 bathrooms. Comfortable beds. Heaters in each room that were sufficient during the extremely cold weather. Lots of art work decorating the rooms and halls. Very tiny bathrooms. Dreary interior could be vastly improved with table lamps Great deli on the nearby corner and great restaurant. Pita Point and Good Friends Deli. Grinstead of the overhead lighting.“

If you’re looking to visit New York without breaking the bank, I would recommend. The location was in a prime location, so close to Times Square and lots of shopping and restaurants. „We just enjoyed a great vacation with 6 adults and 6 young kids. The pictures truly do not do this place justice. The indoor pool area is jaw dropping. It’s such a huge incredible space. The temps were freezing outside but inside the pool area it felt like we were in our own tropical resort. There’s plenty of room in the other parts of the house with multiple TVs and games to keep all ages happy.
