« On the listing it said this room would sleep 6, but it really only sleeps 2. I spoke with the property manager and he said he would lay down a mattress (there were 4 of us) and when we got there they refused to do that. We were forced to book a 2nd room. »

« Large brownstone divided in half. One side for owners other side for guests. 6 small guest rooms sharing 2 bathrooms. Comfortable beds. Heaters in each room that were sufficient during the extremely cold weather. Lots of art work decorating the rooms and halls. Very tiny bathrooms. Dreary interior could be vastly improved with table lamps Great deli on the nearby corner and great restaurant. Pita Point and Good Friends Deli. Grinstead of the overhead lighting. »

« We had a great time. Apartment was really nice. Only complaint was the water temperature. We had a hard time getting it hot and staying hot. Other than that we had a great time and would come back. »

« From start to finish we had an excellent one-month stay in this beautiful expansive home. The owner was prompt and professional with all of our questions and requests and went out of the way to ensure our comfort. The home itself was immaculately handed over to us, stocked with linens, towels and kitchen materials.
