I always like staying in the Tides. It is run well, kept clean, and mostly oriented towards families. Like most of the Florida rental properties there are a couple of building and parking fees outside the VrBo price but the description highlights them so they shouldn't be a surprise and you can budget them into your trip.
The Cielo apartment felt like it was furnished on the cheaper side but the nightly rate was the best offered. The unit itself was immaculate, amongst the cleanest I've seen. Even the fridge looked like it had been cleaned.
There is a bit of nonsense with the company that manages the property wanting you to sign a contract and an insistence on communicating via email rather than through the VrBo app, but overall they were great. A phone number was provided and always answered. When we wanted to be left alone we were.
The unit has ocean views which was a requirement for us, has two full beds and a decent kitchen. The beach was and a pool were right outside
