„Vom freundlichen Empfang bis zur Abreise - top! Zimmer sind sehr hübsch eingerichtet und sauber. Tolles Frühstück gegenüber im Restaurant. Die Lage hinter der Stadtmauer von Alcudia ist sehr schön. “

„We had a fabulous stay in two Junior-Suites. The service, whether reception, restaurant or room-maids were outstanding but the location is somehow faded and dated, could need renovation. Several stains in the carpets, the curtain is not appropriate for a *****-Hotel. The hotel lives somehow from the shine of the Marc Fosh restaurant… The area is quite central but creepy at night.“

„Die Zimmer sind unterschiedlicher Kategorien von klein bis sehr Komfortabel, wir hatten eins dazwischen was uns auch sehr gut gefallen hat. Im Zimmer selbst ist die Beleuchtung etwas zu dunkel auch im Badezimmer was bei dunkel ausgestatteten Zimmer nicht von Vorteil ist. Frühstücksbuffet ist stark Verbesserungs würdig, es gibt jeden Tag dieselbe Auswahl sonst ist das Hotel top wir würden es wieder Buchen.“
