« Die Lage des Objekts war in einer sehr schönen, sauberen und sicheren Wohngegend in Agoura Hills. Das Haus hat 4 Schlafzimmer und 3 Badezimmer. Empfangen wurden wir von der Besitzerin Gloria. Die Unterkunft war beim Einzug gereinigt und gut vorbereitet. Der Pool und Whirlpool waren auch vorbereitet und gleich nutzbar. Was uns nicht gefallen hat war die Küche. Diese war nicht komplett ausgestattet ( z.B. fehlten Weingläser ) und ist schon sehr veraltet und auch nicht gut gepflegt worden. Von dort...

« We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful villa in Malibu. The property itself is stunning, well-maintained, and offers breathtaking views. The owner was incredibly responsive, and any minor issues we encountered were quickly and efficiently resolved.However, the road leading to the villa can be a bit nerve-wracking. The guardrails were damaged by the January fires, making the drive feel less secure. If you're not comfortable with steep, winding roads, this may be something to consider, or wait...

« We loved the view and the generous grounds around the property. Lots to explore. Some of the outdoor furniture could have been set up cleaner but overall loved reading and relaxing outside. The beds were all very comfortable. The kitchen and coffee etc was great - thank you! The plumbing is old and we respect that but it was unusual for us to abide by some of the requirements and the upstairs shower didn't drain. « This is one of those properties that’s worth every penny. First off, it was SPOTLESS. Immaculately cleaned and fluffed and dusted and everything in its place. I was incredibly impressed. « We had a fabulous trip in Malibu at this house. The views are breathtaking, plenty of room for everyone and it was clean. We utilized the pool/hot tub, tennis courts, etc. The concierge team was also very helpful! They had arranged things requested prior to our arrival, gave us numerous options for services (groceries, masssages, etc). The fridge/kitchen was stocked when we arrived and they also helped fix any issues we had. I highly recommend this magical spot! »

« This is atruely a spectacular home but was disappointed when the manager called me to tell me that the owner had seen a pet on the property which was completely untrue as none of the three people had a pet. Not sure where he got that but an incident like that just leaves a bad taste. »

The views are spectacular!We awake both mornings to dolphins swimming nearby, pelicans flying overhead, the sound of the waves, and views of Santa Monica is the distance.
