"Es war toll im Parco San Marco. Ressort ist sehr zu empfehlen. Leider haben im Oktober nicht mehr alle Restaurants geöffnet, aber es hat auch so noch ein sehr gutes Angebot."

"We were three nights at Ibis Lugano (4-7.10.24). Second time already in this Hotel. Extreme clean, efficient and orderly. A big compliment to the Breakfast Team! (three young ladies, one from Ecuador!), always friendly, super attentive, active and forthcoming! Congratulations! ( the breakfast buffet itself excellent quality and price!). Also the staff doing the cleaning and order in the rooms, Room 126, always smiling , very discreet and competent . We were surprised by the cold weather in Lugano this time, and we found the room sllightly cold. (Heating not in function yet....?). In case of another trip to Lugano, we would no doubt come back to Ibis Lugano, and we would certainly recommend it to other people. Many thanks, Saludos, and best wishes for everybody there! "

"Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinnen vom ersten Moment an. Frühstück im Garten des Hotels, das sehr lecker war. Besser kann der Tag nicht beginnen. Sehr viel zu Fuß erreichbar und da wo es nicht möglich ist kommt man kostenlos mit dem Ticino–Ticket hin. Jederzeit wieder."
