„Comunicación fue excelente, muy atenta, quizás el único inconveniente es que vinimos en época de lluvia, y como VIP amenities, estábamos supuestos a recibir parqueo, desafortunadamente el parqueo no fue en el edificio, y movernos con tanta lluvia y tantas maletas pues si fue un inconveniente. „We stayed at this lovely hotel for two nights, on our way to the Galapagos. Very friendly staff and great breakfast. Pool in courtyard looked so inviting but we were so busy that we never used it. „Very positive experience! Staff was friendly and attentive. Room was super nice and clean. From the outside the hotel looks not very welcoming, but it’s actually very modern inside. Location couldn’t be better. Just in the middle of the city and still it is quiet during the night. Size of the bed was massive! Never had such a huge bed. Although the mattress is a bit too soft for my taste. We booked with breakfast which was ok. Will definitely come back!“

„The apartment is exactly as pictured and described. The wifi worked well and the bedrooms had smart tvs so i was able to watch Netflix. Well stocked kitchen, warm shower and lots of security cameras. Heavy locked gates for added security. Beautiful terrace to look at the city.
