"The staff is excellent. Everyone has been very friendly and very helpful. The room has been pretty clean, the only issues we had were the blankets, which we are not used to not having a full cover and the fact, that there's no international television at all. Staying there for a week we would have hoped to have at least maybe one or two german channels in the tv as well. You can reach the Subway in a 10 minute walk, there's a really good laundromat that offers drop off service and the food in the area has been good as well. We would definitely come back and stay here again."

"Frühstück war gut, alles was man so braucht. Zimmer waren sauber und groß genug. Transfer vom und zum Flughafen verlief ohne Probleme. Vor dem Hotel ist eine Busstation. Von dort aus fährt man zur nächsten Metrostation und von dort weiter nach Manhattan. Das Hotel bietet einen Restaurantservice an. Zusätzlich gibt es Lieferdienste, die vom Personal auf Nachfrage genannt werden."

"Tolles Hotel für unseren NYC Aufenthalt mit Kind. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Phänomenaler Blick auf Manhattan. Sehr nettes Personal. Umgebung war super mit Cafes, Restaurants, etc. Anbindung mit Subway und Fähre auch super. Williamsburg ist perfekt mit Kind."

"Das Hotel ist herausragend. An die Gegend muss man sich als mitteleuropäer gewöhnen, aber dann geht es. 10 Min bis zur Metro 7."

"The rooms are fine (reasonable size, comfortable beds) and the location close to downtown. Have stayed there before and would definitely go there for third or fourth time. The connection in particular to midtown is awesome whereas the surrounding is not the best - whereas we didn’t feel unsafe. Breakfast variety is acceptable but for us definitely sufficient - just why don’t you get a real wafflemaker instead of the waffles you have to toast? Also like the gym. It only has a couple of items but as long it’s well maintained and there is a working bike, treadmill and some weights I’m happy."

"Das Hotel ist sehr gut, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer wurden jeden Tag gereinigt, sehr professionell. Das Frühstück war wirklich sehr gut. Eine sehr große Auswahl und gute Qualitativ. Die Subway Haltestelle ist ca 15 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt. Der Weg und die Umgebung ist dreckig, am Anfang war es etwas unangenehm, am Ende unseres Aufenthaltes hat uns dieser Weg gar nicht mehr gestört, wir haben uns stets sehr sicher gefühlt. Insgesamt würden wir das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen."
