We had a lovely weekend sharing this home near Indian Lake with family members. There were however a few issues with the home that we found a bit quirky. The one bedroom off of the kitchen, had one door that didn't fit inside the door jam, and thus would not shut. The best you could get was an inch or so close to closed, and the other door was a barn door style, that bounced open on a regular basis. Made for interesting privacy issues. The sheets provided were all microfiber sheets, and were both slippery and not breathable. Made for very restless sleeping on the two hot nights. Good old fashioned cotton would have been a plus!!!
The recliner in the living room was crooked, and leaned you at a funny angle and made it hard to get out of. Also one door to the porch area had a miss matched strike plate, making it VERY hard to get it to lock. Next to impossible, we reported it, and hopefully it will be fixed as it really is a security issue.
The kitchen was pretty well decked out, but there was no large skillet for cooking, so fixing food for a large group of 7 was extended due to having to cook in batches.
The location was pleasant and close to everything in the surrounding area. It is a home that is on the list for future stays, maybe.
