„The property is clean, comfortable and has all the essentials that you could want or need. The bed and bedding was comfortable and good quality. The towels were soft, plush. Paula and her local cohost were responsive if you needed them. This is the second time I have chosen this property. The covered part was a huge bonus, it kept the car out of the direct sunlight and kept it much cooler. I highly recommend this property“

„The hotel sent an email the day before arrival saying my reservation was cancelled due to "unavoidable circumstances". There was no additional explanation given. No refund was mentioned either and I was told to refer back to Hotels.com for any possible refund. This was the weekend of the local University's Homecoming/Student Preview which I was attending so it was impossible to find a replacement hotel on such short notice.
