« I recently stayed at this resort and had a mixed experience. The service was great —the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, always friendly and eager to help. They also had a WhatsApp channel for guests to contact them and their response time was impressively quick, which made communication very convenient. « Great customer service, staff are very friendly and accommodating. We had a 2 bedroom villa and just a couple things we didn’t like such as the 2nd bedroom is a separate entrance from the main unit, you have to walk outside past the pool to enter the bedroom (not ideal for kids as it’s nice to have rooms together and accessible from same living area). Other big downside is the main pool area, while nice, is completely shaded by the surrounding trees, so it’s not a pool to lounge in the sun. No...

« This was a beautiful property. The view was truly incredible, and the rooms were gorgeous. Hand painted accent wall, ac, flatscreen with streaming services (don't forget to log out of your account when you leave), and a separate shower and toilet. 10/10 reccomend! »

« We really enjoyed our stay at Kelea Villas. It was the perfect spot for us, close to town. Loved having access to the gym and our plunge pool. They let us check in a bit early and arranged scooter rentals for us as well as helped us arrange airport pickup. Would stay here again. »

« The hotel itself was really good. It's very quiet, and the room is excellent for the price you pay. However, it's a long walk into town, and the area around it is under construction, so outside the hotel itself is rather dirty. But overall, I liked it very much. »

« I loved the view of Kuta beach absolutely stunning. Also enjoyed the prayers and chants coming from the mosques. The employees were made you feel welcome and always ready to help you. The room was perfect! Very clean with daily maid service. There’s a restaurant on the property and room service available. The best part having your own private pool!! »

« Clean and nice hotel. About twenty minutes from Kuta beach. You have everything g you need for a quiet stay at the hotel. Beach pool volleyball and the rooms are clean and quiet ! It does take about 45 minutes to airport and the road is a little off the beaten path but you will love it once you’re there »

"Magnifique hotel, tres calme et tres beaux, extrêmement bien entretenu et personnel tres chaleureux. Nous avons sejourné a deux reprises et avons toujours tres bien été reçu. La piscine est superbe et les extérieurs incroyables, peuplés de tortues et d'oiseaux. Attention aux moustiques mais le reste génial "

Good location and confortable

"Good hotel facing the beach. I appreciated the support from the staff to change my room, please be aware that some executive rooms are lower ground and with 'vis-à-vis'. The management could improve the beach area. The seats and mattress are not well organized. All packed, not arranged from a day to an other. Looks like a mess, while it has the potential to be great. Not far from Kuta, shuttle service convenient"

"Nous avons passé un très bon séjour de 4 nuits. La chambre était très confortable, la salle de bain magnifique. Le personnel est très gentil. Le service de jardinage et technique fait du très bon travail car l’hôtel est très bien entretenu. "

Super séjour de 6 nuits

"Superbe sejour de 6 nuits dans une villa avec petite piscine privée. Un service rapide et formidable. La piscine principale est très longue et permet de nager. Les repas peuvent se prendre à l'intérieur de la villa. Service de blanchisserie très accessible et avec toutes les options. Des propositions d'excursions intéressantes à des prix correct. Très content de notre choix."

"Hôtel très agréable, donnant accès à une belle plage (mais pas terrible pour se baigner, entre les algues, la marrée souvent basse, et les petits insectes qui vous piquent dans l'eau). Le village de Kuta est accessible en vélo ou mobylette, environ 10 minutes. La plage de Kuta pour surfer est accessible à pied, un joli spot, mais bien pollué par les ordures malheureusement. La chambre est spacieuse, bien équipée, très agréable moment de vacances."
