„There is a serious sewage issue that causes the rooms to smell pretty bad. The smell is sometimes unbearable and should be addressed immediately. There also seem to be some issue with the AC not being turned on, especially in the gym. This hotel is top notch and should look into fixing those issues as soon as possible.“

„Was in Kinshasa for a Business Trip. For me the hotel Royal was just the perfect place to be. Close to everything I needed to visit and all in all a really great hotel. „There was no hot water the entire week even though we discussed making it available multiple times. There was no mention in the description that this was a cold water only unit. The owners were very accommodating for checkin, my business associate arrived in the middle of the night due to flight problems. The hot water was the issue with the rental and if it had been made known upfront, then it would've been a decision we could've made.“
