Easy communication with Christiane the owner, who is very responsive. Couple of points worth noting: 1. The landlady's apartment is located below the house. „Geweldige mooie “cottage”, van alle gemakken voorzien (zelfs Netflix en Prime…). Goeie communicatie en checkin door Marixeni, die haar best doet alles naar de zin te maken (zoals boodschappenpakketje voor de eerste ochtend, top). Verder hoefde ze niets te doen want alles was schoon, werkend en compleet (zelfs Netflix en Prime…). Zwembad was ook schoon en top! Ligging is verder prima: mooi uitzicht over Pyrgos (10 minuutjes lopen en je zit onder de plataan).“

„We had a fabulous stay at Villa Annita. Its location was perfect for us. I loved being able to swim off the rocks below the villa. The kitchen was very well equipped. It was a shame that we couldn't use the BBQ because of the wind and fire risk. We were seven adults, of which two were couples. It was spotlessly clean, in a beautiful location, had a great hot tub which we used each evening, was right next to the beach and sea and just a couple of minutes walk to the local tavernas and small supermarket, had lovely hosts, and was so relaxing.
