'La Dolce Vita' est situé dans la vieille ville, Key West !! À seulement 3 pâtés de maisons de la plage la plus au sud et du point le plus au sud au cœur du quartier historique.

Le condo est entièrement rénové! Il a des plafonds spectaculaires et hauts de 14 pieds, une cuisine en granit de style cuisine, des appareils en acier inoxydable, un nouveau réfrigérateur, une excellente machine à glaçons, une nouvelle table de cuisson en verre, un nouveau micro-ondes, des lumières dans les tiroirs et armoires de cuisine. Il a de nouveaux loors en bois de cerisier, un lit queen-size avec matelas en mousse à mémoire, une télévision à écran plat de 60 'dans le salon, une télévision à écran plat de 35' dans la chambre, de nouveaux ventilateurs de plafond, une toute nouvelle salle de bains, des moulures sur toute la longueur avec un éclairage encastré sur des gradateurs, et également un éclairage de corde au plafond dans tout le condo pour une sensation confortable et relaxante.

Ce condo est au deuxième étage et dispose d'un porche commun avec 2 chaises assises sur un grand balcon enveloppant, où vous pouvez vous asseoir et écouter les sons de Key West.

«La Dolce Vita» est au deuxième étage d'un ancien bâtiment de style victorien de Key West.

Il y a une piscine partagée disponible pour nos clients à quelques pâtés de maisons. Veuillez d'abord récupérer une clé à notre bureau de gestion immobilière.
Une courte balade à vélo dans le port historique de Conch Harbor est la piscine de Dante et le Raw Bar au 951 Caroline Street. Ils ont une grande piscine, un restaurant, un bar complet et un bar tiki et il est ouvert au public (enfants et animaux acceptés).

Un pâté de maisons au 300, rue Catherine est le centre communautaire qui a une grande piscine, des tables de pique-nique, des terrains de basket et une aire de jeux.

A quelques pâtés de maisons se trouve la plage la plus au sud de l'océan Atlantique, qui est gratuite pour le public.
A quelques pâtés de maisons se trouve la plage de Fort Zachary Taylor.

Vous n'aurez pas besoin d'une voiture avec cet emplacement! Garez-le et laissez-le!

Great location close to everything, but quiet and clean
Unit was comfortable and clean and located quite close to most attractions and restaurants. Had a couple of issues, but property manager fixed them and/or owner compensated for it.

Beautiful place in a great location
This was a gorgeous condo in the quieter section of Key Largo but still just steps away from Duval street and all the shops and restaurants. We walked everywhere! This place had excellent amenities and was beautifully decorated!

Beautiful Location!
We spent 10 wonderful nights at La Dolce Vita and it was conveniently close to Old Town Key West and all the best beaches. This booking is amazing and you will not be disappointed. Checking in was so easy and the condo was spotless. I will definitely book this gem again when I return to Key West.

KEY WEST RETREAT
Very clean and organized. Location great. Parking for golf cart very challenging. Would be nice to offer a designated parking spot for price that you are paying. Air conditioning needs some improvement. You can not adjust thermastat under 72 degrees. Eventhough it was set at 72 the temperature stayed between 76-78 degrees. It is on 2nd floor as stated in property description but the steps are steep and there are many so pack luggage in small carryable bags. I would rate property between 3 1/2 to 4 stars. Property owners communicated well. It is a very small apt but well appointed.

Don't bring a car
You can walk everywhere but parking is an issue in Key West. We had to pay 40.00 a night to park and it was a long walk back. We were told that there is parking on the streets and parking lots but not for 24 hours. We did finally on our last day find a spot on a side street that is 24 hours but it is difficult to find because of the traffic. Good Luck, otherwise the artist that owns this cute little piece of heaven has done a superior job decorating.

Always a pleasure
We’ve stayed here four times previously and it’s always a great experience. The condo was immaculate with great amenities. The hosts are super. The location is within 10 yards of S Duval with great access to many restaurants, the beach and the Southernmost Point. While we were there, we booked again for next year.

Colorful and artsy
The property was just as described and decorated with multiple bright colored walls. High ceilings give the rental a feeling of a bigger space. Your artwork displayed on the walls literally paints a picture of the Key West vibe. Loved the rental, thank you Debbie & Wolfgang.

Apartment was perfect & clean. Location was great. My only bout of frustration was taking down where yhe pool was. Listing said to get a entry card to enter the pool with no address for the pool just the office... Also there was maybe another pool but only a street for a Location. This would be my only complaint. Seem thier needs to be better communicating between the property management business and the owner! Or just a better understanding of how or where these amenities are located... In the visit to the property management office they informed me that thier is not a entry card... just gave us a address.... which is another rental w the shared pool... Pool was great and private not much sun tho!

Don’t judge a book by its cover.
The location of the property was great and the photos were pretty spot on however not everything that glitters is gold. First day we realized there was no hot water. After speaking with the owner they said maintenance would come check it out. The hot water returned for about 5 seconds and went right back to cold. Next day we woke up to no power. Emergency flood lights were on all night. Can you imagine waking up to these bright white lights shining in your face at 3 am and you have no control of shutting them off. We left the next morning and when we returned the power was restored. The next day my husband turned in the bathroom faucet to brush his teeth and the water coming out was thick and black, almost sludge like. The final morning we woke up and the vent in the ceiling in the bedroom was hanging out of the wall. The ceiling was dripping water from the hole of the vent and the water was dripping all over my husbands suitcase. We also discovered that from the vent falling out there were shards of the ceiling all over the floor and all over my husbands suitcase. For the price of this home we were very less then impressed. I’d recommend finding a different home for the price you will pay. One that has simple amenities like hot water, electricity, and clean running water.

Excellent condo!
This was our first trip to Key West, and we couldn’t have been happier with this beautiful condo! When we arrived, we were very impressed with how clean it was. It was also decorated beautifully and the AC was very cold. You can’t beat the location, literally a few steps to Duval St.. We parked and never had to move the car the entire time we stayed, as you can really walk everywhere. Communication with the owners was also excellent. Highly recommend this condo, and we will definitely be back! Thank you Wolfgang and Debi for helping to make our 20th anniversary and honeymoon an amazing, comfortable experience!

Nice Stay
Good: Location, space, price, neighborhood, proximity to EVERYTHING, property owner was very prompt when contacted. Not so good: WiFi is extremely slow, our door actually did not lock when we got there. It was messed up and would not lock leaving our possessions and us vulnerable. However, the property owner had it fixed within 24 hours but that was kind of a big deal. Ways to improve: It could use a general furniture update and more kitchen utensils and amenities could be supplied. I do understand renters generally are very hard on rentals so I get that avenue. Overall: Affordable, clean, good experience. I would recommend.
