„This is my second time staying in the village. Both times something went wrong. This time the heat did not work when we arrived and had to have someone come fix it, except they did not fix it or put us up in another unit. He showed me how to manually make the heat come off and on and I had to get us three times my first night on vacation to do this. Not cool. Than the next day I called twice to get it addressed. It eventually was but making sure the heat works should be on the che k list. “

„My family had a great stay at this condo. Usually there is something we would change about our rental homes, but I can't think of anything that was wrong with this stay. The place was clean, bright, had everything we needed in the kitchen, and most importantly, was just steps away from Village Run trail which took us straight to the Solitude Lift. I did interact with Vacasa and didn't have any issues with them. Overall, it was a great stay, and we would stay here again!“

„Overall, the property worked well for our family of 4 and the ski in/out is fantastic. All was as described in other reviews, dated but clean. There was no parking flexibility outside of the check-in times which was a bit disappointing given that we were skiing our last day and no flexibility was offered to leave the car just a couple hours to enable a 1/2 day of skiing. Only negative was having 3 empty propane tanks when we wanted to use the fire table(something to be added to the maintenance checklust) however once i text them they dropped a fresh tank off that same evening.“

„All in all it was a great trip. The place was very cute and as described. The upstairs bedrooms are not for light sleepers as the walls only go so far up so they are not really divided. I had read this in other reveiws but honestly for us it wasn't a problem. We went as a family group and it was kind of nice to be able to lay in bed and talk to the others in the room next to you. When we got there the hot tub was so hot that we were not able to get in. Maybe a problem with the thermostat but ...
