First of all, Kas is not the silent, peaceful Mediterranean coastal town any more: It is much more packed, ambitious, and loud than it was 10-15 years ago. It is filled with cars and the local government obviously does not do anything. The town is not really attractive for me any more.
The hotel is brand new, nice location right next to the beach, spacious rooms, and fine breakfast buffet. The manager-owner is a bit unusual in her conduct with customers but you come to understand that she's not rude as she may seem at the beginning.
The only disturbing thing during our stay was the really noisy elevator that produced a lot of mechanical sounds as well as some music and announcements (such as the door is closing) during the most silent hours of the early morning. Other than the elevator, it was cool to stay.
