Dies ist eine private Einheit im ersten Stock in einem 3-stöckigen, wunderschön restaurierten Triplex. In jedem der 3 Schlafzimmer finden Sie ein Queensize-Bett mit luxuriöser Bettwäsche und ein ausziehbares Schlafsofa für die 7. Person sowie 1 Badezimmer. Das Haus hat eine Veranda zusammen mit einem Achterdeck aus dem dritten Stock. Sie befinden sich nur wenige Blocks von den beeindruckenden Stadtteilen Westport und dem Country Club Plaza entfernt, wo Sie unzählige Restaurants, Geschäfte, Cafés und Museen finden.

Perfect!
The location was convenient and felt very safe. The house itself was charming and cozy. It fit my group perfectly and had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend and would stay again next time I’m in KC.

Parking is to rear of house. Back door would not open. Because the front door is an inconvenient option to use we chose to pass luggage through a rear window. A promise from the property manager to return a call regarding this issue did not happen.

Big XII Tournament
This property was perfect for us to use as home base for the 2024 Big XII tournament. Although our team, KU, lost on the first night, we used the opportunity to hang out, visit and explore the surrounding neighborhoods. Lots to see and do within blocks of this rental! Lots of seating to watch games on TV and plenty of sleeping space. Beds were comfortable and space was great.

Nice house, clean. There were several packages sitting outside of our door and didn’t realize it was in a multiplex. 20 or more packages of water were delivered right in front of the house. We were told someone was preparing for doomsday lol. One of the beds and frame was very flimsy and squeaky and the door wouldn’t close to the room. Other than that, it was nice and spacious. Everything we needed was available. Nice and close to our venue.

The description of the beds available at the property is misleading. The listing stated 4 queen beds, and there were only 3. There was no mention of access to a basement, and there was no way to lock the door leading to it. There was an extra door with outside access that was not mentioned. All outside doors have only electronic locks- no deadbolts. There was trash in the kitchen garbage when we arrived. The beds had an odd smell, like the sheets hadn’t been changed. Overall, it works for one night. If you have a longer stay, I would recommend going somewhere more comfortable and secure.

Very nice! Three bedroom in an older neighborhood in Kansas City with a lot of charm. Updated but still has the original woodwork. The staff working with me through VRBO was always attentive and always responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

We came to this property from 3 distant locations for a one night family reunion to cheer our daughter on to Graduate school. The property was clean, comfortable, and just what we needed. Excellent location
The location of the house is PERFECT! We went to a Royals game, the zoo and ate some great food. All the places we went to were not far and we were centrally located for our major activities. The house is called historic for a reason, has unique character and all the things expected with an old has that has hard wood floors. You’ll head the upstairs neighbors due to the wood but not anything loud out of the ordinary. The house has been updated on the inside and looks well kept. Only knocks I could give would be one toilet was awful with flushing and took several tries to get toilet paper to go down. There was also a homeless man smoking in his make shift shelter at the back of the property parking area but he was gone the next morning. Overall, good stay and we enjoyed our short time in Kansas City.

One Night Only
This was our first time booking through VRBO. 2 hours before check in we were asked to go to another property, no big deal as we could check in earlier than 3pm so we were happy to oblige. My fiance and I were under the impression that it was a very petite 2 bedroom house we’d have all to ourselves, however the house was actually 2 units. Didn't really love that as we wanted privacy for our little get away and could hear every step of the person above us. The host did walk in on us once and that was a bit uncomfortable. Neighborhood was slightly run down but quiet and close to a lot of things to do and near lots of good food. Overall the stay was pretty good.

Great home in great location.
This is a great old home in a perfect location! It sits in the middle of everything we love in KC: the Plaza, Westport, and downtown. It’s located in a pretty neighborhood with beautiful old homes. We stayed in the first floor unit and it’s filled with character only old homes have. It’s been decorated tastefully yet retaining the old charm. Can’t wait to stay here again.

Short vacation stay
We were quite happy with the amount of space offered. It was very clean, updated, cozy decor and the beds were comfortable. The communication with the hosts was great! The shades, however, in one of the bedrooms and the bathroom could be replaced or fixed. They had some broken pieces which created gaps in them so not as private as we would have hoped. We also felt the outside doors weren’t very secure. We could easily access the unit but felt they could easily be broken into. I think replacing the doors and frames would take care of that but understand you might not want to lose that old house charm that it has. The floors were pretty slanted but that is expected in an older home. We were in Unit 1 and it was fairly noisy when the guests upstairs would come in and out of the home. There were a couple of holes in the floor which you could see down to the basement. We just simply blocked those. All in all we were quite comfortable and it was the perfect location for the concert we attended and shopping in the area. We had a great time and thank you for your hospitality!

Great location
Pros: Charming old house with spacious rooms in a great location. We enjoyed walking around the Art Institute and museums. The house had what we needed for a family of 5 to spend 2 nights in KC-AC, easy parking, large rooms, coffee pot with coffee, TV, good water pressure. Communication with host was good, maybe too good due to daily check-ins and remindings to rate the stay. Cons: 3 queen beds means people have to share (why don't VRBOS have more twins?), only the back bedroom has a door and you have to walk through the middle bedroom to get to the bathroom. The third bedroom has no door at all and lines up with the front door. The back entry has a light that is on 24 hours that shines into the bedroom and can't be turned off.

Great house, walking distance to a lot of fun.
Booked this house to go to a wedding at the Loose Mansion, wanted a place to walk to the local museums and shopping. House was clean, had everything we needed. Used Uber / Lyft, all the drivers were super awesome. Only downside to the property, not a lot of privacy. The last bedroom is through the second bedroom, and the first bedroom is a bed next to the front door. Overall, had a great time and would book it again. Note: the description said there was a washer / dryer, dishwasher, patio / deck. Didn't see these in the space we booked and the patio / deck is on the second level. Not saying there not there just didn't see them in our space.
