„Friendly welcome, English speaking staff, very luxory room“

„Aircondition could not regulated. Was too cold. Minibar was not filled up. Umbrella in room was broken. Wifi too slowly and broken every 30 min. Beach boring. No Restaurant there. Breakfast boring and to hot for sitting in breakfastroom. No aircon was turned on but only used fan“

„Cruise was beautiful especially with the upgrade to Royal Suite. Staff were incredible and had a very very good massage. Food options were poor though and definitely not to my taste. Drinks were expensive. Might be good to take snacks on board with you. Excursions were good but a lot of hiking and very busy.“

„The Scarlet Pearl is a class of its own. A yacht style cruise ship with a lovely & highly professional crew. Luxury cabin, well thought out cruise schedule, great hospitality and awesome food. Also to mention: Scarlet Pearl comes with 2 catamarans for exploring Halong (other ships do no have that!!) and a tender boat for the way from Cruise Terminal to the Scarlet Pearl. Kayaks are also available. Enjoy the trip. You will not regret your choice.“
