The only thing that owner could do is advise people upstair to be more careful has the floor in wood bounce back on lower apartment and when you try to sleep it can be very dissapointing and specially when someone star is loundry at 7 in morning. »

« Great place, kinda funky, well equipped kitchen. Awesome little deck area with table and chairs. Snorkels and masks and fins and floats available. Easy access to beautiful cliffs for wave watching. « Location is great, just 2 minute walk to the water and less than 10 for a swim. We enjoyed staying Kailau/Kona. The condo is well maintained as is the property. We had to call the property manager to reset the door code when we arrived ... it just took her 5 minutes to come and a few minutes to do it. This condo is small, particularly the kitchen (although the fridge is fullsize) and the bed is just okay, but it has a nice balcony to sit on. It worked well for us. »
