« I was not offered my VIP items. No rm upgrade and I had to ask for the free bottle of wine promised when booking. That said, rm was spacious, comfortable and easy walking to multiple restaurants & bars. Also real close to the beach. Even found street parking for free right out front. Hotel staff was pleasant and happy to help. »
