I had stayed at the Tides before and knew the location is fantastic.The VIP check in option was a pleasant upgrade from previous stays at the Tides. The communication from the owner and caretaker was very prompt and helpful. I would encourage anyone looking for a place with an amazing view that is situated right on the beach to rent this unit. „Great communication from owner or delegate. Initial check in process worked as directed by messaging but can cause some anxious moments. Kitchen fully stocked and all appliances in good working order. Good queen mattress and plenty of closet space. View from balcony overlooking part of parking lot not noticed for great view of pool and ocean. You hear the ocean from the balcony not the street which is wonderful.
