„Kein Stuhl im Zimmer. Vergrgrößerungsspiegel im Bad ohne Stromanschluss. Gehört an die Wand, nicht auf den Waschtisch. Leider typisch amerikanisches Bettzeug. Kein Cover für Federbett , sondern nur einzelne Laken! Jeden Tag Chaos im Bett, außer man bewegt sich überhaupt nicht. Matratzen sehr gut.“

„We spend two nights at Hyatt House San Juan. We really enjoyed our stay, as the staff is very kind and helpful. The Hotel ist very clean. It is very good located, close to San Juan Bay. In addition, they offer a shuttle to the beach and old San Juan. There are several restaurants close by. During daytime it is sometimes a little noisy, as the hotel is located next to a small airport and the entry for trucks bringing goods to the container port. However, it was quiet during the night. “

„The staff was excellent. Free, easy parking with a lot of spaces available. Great location with many dining options (the pizza place across the street is outstanding, as well as the hotel restaurant.). Close to the beach. The grab-and-go was a great amenity to have. The pool wasn't busy during our stay, and we even had the pool to ourselves one whole day. The gym was great for a hotel gym, with a water station to refill your water bottles during your stay. “

„Staying at a 5 star hotel I expect certain things. Shower head was busted spraying water all over the ceiling. Blackout shade was missing from one of our windows. Popcorn crumbs outside our door for the 4 days we were there that were never vacuumed. (Not our crumbs). Hotel was quick to address but annoying nonetheless. Service at the pool was so slow. Never got the food I ordered. Took 45 minutes to get the coffee I ordered at breakfast. Food and drink insanely expensive. $25 for a pina colada?? ...

„If only the front desk people will be like Jose, Joel and Carlos, it will be perfect. Everybody from the Cana De Azucar are very helpful and friendly. The only person that is very pleasant is Denise. Both Valerie and Viktoria are not supposed to be working in the front desk as they never seems to like what they are doing. Not smiling nor looking approachable. This hotel can get get a perfect score but didn’t happen because of this 2 CS. Food are great and the free breakfast was amazing. “
