Island Time ist unser neues kleines Paradies in den Outer Banks. Es ist klein, also haben wir alles getan, um den Raum so effizient und künstlerisch wie möglich zu nutzen. Es ist sehr fröhlich, sauber und wir denken, es ist einfach der perfekte Ort für einen Kurzurlaub.

Wir hatten im Laufe der Jahre viele Hochzeitsreisende und Stammgäste in unserem Quality Time Studio in der Nähe und werden weiterhin unser Bestes geben, um sicherzustellen, dass unsere Gäste einen unvergesslichen Urlaub an unserem neuen Ort verbringen.

Verbringen Sie einige Zeit damit, die Wunder von Cape Hatteras vor Ihrer Haustür zu erleben. Entspannen Sie auf unserer Dachterrasse unter den hellsten Sternen, die Sie jemals sehen werden, oder machen Sie einen Spaziergang bei Sonnenaufgang und beobachten Sie, wie die Delfine in der Brandung schwimmen.

Island Time ist ein freistehendes Studio auf Stelzen mit einem Parkplatz darunter, der Ihnen einen privaten Zufluchtsort am Strand bietet. Unser brandneuer Queen Size Serta Perfect Sleeper sorgt dafür, dass Sie gut schlafen.

Dan und ich kochen sehr gerne, sodass die Küche alles bietet, was Sie zum Zubereiten oder Unterhalten benötigen. Die lokalen Restaurants sind auch wunderbar mit frischen Meeresfrüchten. Draußen stehen Holzkohlegrills und Picknicktische für die Grillmeister unter Ihnen.

Wir stellen Liegestühle und Sonnenschirme zur Verfügung, nehmen Sie diese Uhr ab und entspannen Sie sich in der Island Time.

Wie bei allen Urlaubsorten im mittleren Atlantik sind wir zwischen Juli und November Wirbelstürmen ausgesetzt. Bitte Reiseversicherung beachten. VRBO bietet einen Plan, aber es gibt andere Versicherungsmöglichkeiten. Überprüfen Sie über GOOGLE. Es ist nicht teuer und schützt Ihr Urlaubsgeld.

Cute place in a great location
My husband and I searched for several weeks for a place to stay in the Outer Banks. Being the first time we’ve ever been to the Outer Banks, we were not familiar with the different towns there. We stayed during Labor Day which is apparently the end of the season. We knew we wanted to be in a less populated area, so we steered clear of Nags Head and Kill Devil Hills. We had our choices narrowed down to Frisco, Hatteras, and Avon. We ended up selecting this cute little cabana in Hatteras because we knew we wanted to travel down to Ocracoke for at least one day. This location was prefect! The cabana is just as described online. They supply you with a roll of paper towels and toilet paper and a small bottle of dish soap and the bed linens. The bed (and even the pillows) were comfy and neither of us had any complaints anbout our backs which is usually the norm. The air conditioner did an excellent job removing the humidity! Recommendations: we noticed most of the blinds are missing the rod to open and close, so maybe replacing those would be an added benefit to bring more light in. Also, the cleaning company must have forgotten to sweep the floor because I filled up the dustpan with sand as soon as we got there. And the oven was dirty, but I didn’t realize it until I preheated it and filled the unit with smoke. Fortunately, I was able to open the two doors and quickly remove all of the smoke before it set off the detector. Overall, this place is excellent!

Disappointed
Unfortunately we had to move locations due to roaches inside and out. Also a futon was falsely advertised and we couldn’t sleep comfortable on the queen bed so we were going to try the coach bed that was advertised and it didn’t exist. Tried to work with the owners and she was responsive but not very understanding. We tried to remove the padding on the bed and were unable to do so because the zipper didn’t work properly. We wasted a lot of money.

Cozy Seaside Condo/Cabana
Loved this place - right on the beach (very short walk over a sand dune) and close to plenty of fun stuff to do. Right on NC-12, so easy to drive to more distant locations. Decor was cheerful and inviting, kitchen was well equipped, and there's BBQ's outside too. The 'rooftop' deck was my favorite breakfast spot. ...or lunch, or just enjoying the view in the evening. Only 'complaint' (and some may not see it that way) the bed--and there's just one, no futon or sofa bed--was SUPER, SUPER soft (6" soft foam pad on top of the mattress?). Not for me. And sinking in made it feel hotter, too. :/ But other than that it was WONDERUL!

Beautiful location
You will not be disappointed by staying in this cabana. The hosts are absolutely amazing and truly care about their guests. It is steps away from the beach, not to mention the most comfortable beach chairs on the top deck to see the beach. Anytime you would like we return year after year and would not consider staying at any other location, you will not be disappointed. The cabana has everything you need to just sit back and relax. We can’t wait to go again next year.

Memorial Day weekend stay
The property itself was clean and as advertised, but was still smaller than anticipated. We had to store our empty suitcase in our car because there is no room. There is no privacy if you use the porch and upper deck which was annoying. The neighbors are so close you can hear each other’s conversations and you could probably touch each other if you reached out. That’s how close the units are to each other. The upper deck was very nice and we enjoyed using it, until the neighbors came out on theirs too. The proximity to the beach was great. One concern was that someone entered the property while we were not there and with no notice before or after they entered. They left a notebook with information about the area, which is how we knew someone had been there. A heads up text or email before or after coming in would have been nice.

This was exactly what it was advertised to be. The location was great and ease of getting to the beach was nice. The weather didn't cooperate 100%, but we had a great time anyway. Nice place and great location. Was disappointed the Hatteras Lighthouse was out of commission due to renovations, but enjoyed our first trip the outer banks.

Amazing Stay!
10/10 recommend staying at Island Time! It was absolutely perfect for a weekend getaway with the hubby! I am OCD and the cleanliness of this place was top notch for a vacation rental. Owners instructions for entry were clear and precise & everything was so perfect that we did not need a thing from them during our stay! The view from the top deck is breath taking! The outdoor furniture on the decks is extraordinary! Most places out cheaper plastic outdoor furniture outside but these chairs and tables were amazing! This unit even provided beach chairs (although it was too windy so we did not use them). The location is PERFECT! Settled right in the heart of Hatteras, just minutes from the Ferry, Frisco, Buxton, and Avon. We ate at so many of the local eateries and had great experiences. The location has 39 other condominiums and everyone was so nice! There was a group of people who had a cookout in the picnic area out back and they were so friendly & polite! ALSO! This unit is just steps from the sand. 😍 early morning sunrise walks on the beach or late night strolls at sunset are the perfect additions to any day! We will most definitely rent again for our next getaway ❤️

Perfect stay in Hatteras!
We had a 3-night stay at this awesome cabana, and it was delightful! The late October weather was perfect for sitting on the beach. Nice and warm… The cabana decor was sooo beachy and cheerful. Kitchen was very well equipped. Perfect getaway for two people. I slept outside on the rooftop deck one night and was fabulous! There were a couple of things that could use improvement. Single-ply toilet paper was disappointing. It would have been nice to have the TV be able to swivel so we could sit on the couch and watch TV instead of having to sit on the bed. Maybe a more firm matress? The handrails could use some work, too. They were pretty loose in places. All that said, we’d absolutely stay here again!! It was cozy and cheerfull and just steps from the beach. There was a nice grocery store down the road and a couple of fun restaurants. A real gem of a place on beautiful, uncrowded Hatteras. Loved it!!😍
