„Travelled with a big family and we enjoyed the big and spacious rooms that allowed us to stay comfortably. There was only one or two spots under the table that was dirty (we had to shift it to pick an item that fell). There are several types of bathroom. „Great stay at HaiKou Westin. Its near to lots of city flagship attraction by car. Easy to get a taxi from this hotel and its usually a 10min ride. The hotel is by the century bridge and park which makes it a nice place for evening stroll and chillax dinning place are aplenty around. Room is of good size with the amenities as expected of Westin- type hotel.“

„The hotel is comfortable and takes care of little details evident in how the room was designed and amenities provided. For eg, light switches are conveniently located, with 2 toilet door openings with one near the bed and you don’t need to find your way in the dark. The sink has 2 taps to accommodate 2 persons. „The staff are excellent at this hotel and do go out of their way to help you enjoy your stay. The condition of the hotel is a little old, slow elevators, corridors and the lobby are open and have no air conditioning do by the time you go anywhere you are uncomfortably hot. The location is far from anything so maybe a shuttle could be offered to help those without a car or bus information easily accessible would also help. „This is probably the worst hotel in haikou. From the experience to the hotel itself. The inner decor is like something out from a 90s movie. The location sucks and no restaurants around. Even the food delivery service refuses to deliver to this hotel cause is in the middle of nowhere. Also the service is quite bad. I don’t think I will ever stay at this hotel again even if it’s for free. “
