« We booked this location for four adults. Dina is a gem, she offered us an option of a three bedroom home instead due to the circumstances that brought us back home to Guam. My family and I cannot thank her enough for the generosity and accommodations she provided. Dina also put me in touch with Queen, the manager for the home. « Upon booking, I was informed that the unit was not available. However, the property was able to accommodate us with another place in Tamuning. Although check was a bit difficult, the manager assisted us quickly. The unit was very clean and spacious. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again! »

I will never use VRBO for this reason and will also inform all of my colleagues, family and friends to do the same. The property was nothing to write home about, but the beds were clean and the bathroom has recently been remodeled. The apartment served its purpose, a place to sleep and shower! « When we arrived it seemed a bit sketchy, but this condo served its purpose and was not too far from the Naval base. Bed rooms were super comfortable and clean. This place has so much more potential if a little more updates could be made. The roosters were loud. I had to borrow a fan from my son for white noise and drown out that rooster. « Hello, the property needs renovation! I personally think these apartments shouldn’t be rented until they are all fixed properly! We didn’t stay there the whole 13 days we reserved it for because the apartment wasn’t nice at all! We stayed there for 5 days and then stayed at Leo palace resort for 8 days, and rented 2 rooms there! We didn’t get a refund from casa de Pedro for the 8 days we didn’t stay there!
