« Everything was great and we genuinely enjoyed our stay however, seeing the overall condition of the resort and the wear and tear in certain areas including the walls in hallways, rooms, elevators, restrooms, etc. from adults and child-age guests who have no regard or respect for the property with the extent of damages and vandalism displayed throughout, is genuinely sad and disappointing after multiple renovations since our first visit in 2009. »

« Only down fall ,at 745pm went directly to worker at arcade to ask when the arcade closed at he had replied tonight at 9:00, so we had went and ate came back at 8:08 pm to enjoy arcade and they had closed . First time thier with my children 8 and 10 who where very bummed, kinda disappointing »
