„We were in town with friends for an event in downtown Greenville. This location was great! The apartment was really cute, very clean, and had all of the required amenities. Communication with owner was great too. He was very quick to respond. The walk to downtown through the West End enabled us to experience a fun part of Greenville that we had not seen in the past. We will definitely try to stay here again for our next visit to Greenville. “

„Property was not cleaned, had to clean myself. Trash was left in both bath bins. Had ants in kitchen. Strong pet odor in master bedroom caused my kids to sneeze and 1 kid had itching every day. Fridge had food in it and was dirty. Washer and dryer were both full with laundry. Couch has stains. As do the mattresses, pillows, box springs. Baseboards throughout the apartment were dirty. HVAC return vent was dirty. Left a day early because of the conditions.“
