„The condo was beautiful, comfortable beds, cute decor. Although we enjoyed the place itself, the location was not ideal, especially for a group of girls. We did not particularly feel safe most of the time. The surrounding people were not welcoming. Didn't feel safe walking around outside. Our uber drivers said we were about 4 blocks away from the troubled part of the west side. Too close for comfort.“

„Communication with property management was exceptional. We even had an issue that was resolved at the location within a couple of hrs (toilet issue). Super cute place, seems like a new renovation. Good location - we felt comfortable walking during the day, maybe not at night (but only due to a coupe do blocks). There was some outside noise that carried on at night the first night, but nothing to note the second night. Overall, a great stay!“

„We have booked a premium appointment for four days which was located on the 24. floor and had an amazing view. Unfortunately, the appointment could have been cleaner, especially the furniture was very used and full of stains. It’s not expensive at all to maintain or replace the furniture. The couch was extremely dirty and the rug was full of ugly stains, so not really welcoming and comfortable. Not ok for this price! “
