« Für uns das enttäuschende Hotel unserer 3 Wochen Reise in Thailand. Teurer als alles vergleichbare und in vielen Punkten deutlich hinter unseren Service Erwartungen. 1. Wir versuchten wenige Minuten nach der Buchung ein Storno, weil wir sahen, dass es 1:15 von chiang rai entfernt ist und sich lediglich in der region Chiang Rai befindet. Das Hotel hat den Storno verweigert. Ist ihr gutes Recht, daher auch nur erwähnt, damit andere den Fehler nicht machen. Geht nicht in meine Bewertung ein. 2....

« This property has changed hands and some of the reviews do not reflect the current situation. The reception staff did not speak English. Parking is off site in an open public area. The walk to reception is OK in the dry season, the same walk with luggage in the rainy season would be a shocker. Breakfast offerings were all COLD and consisted of fried rice, fried chicken,pork sausages and bread for toast. There is no Japanese restaurant.
