Formal als Villa Nr. 30 bekannt, heißt unsere Familie Sie willkommen, um an unserem Lebenstraum teilzuhaben und unser Stück Himmel zu genießen. Die Vorbesitzer haben ihre Gäste fast 10 Jahre lang bedient und dabei mehr als 95 begeisterte Bewertungen ihrer Gäste eingefangen. Wir planen nicht, diese Erfolgskette zu ändern. Wir sind bestrebt, die Gäste der Villa # 30 wie unsere Vorgänger zu betreuen. Im Einklang mit unserem italienischen Erbe begrüßen wir alle ehemaligen und neuen Gäste im neu benannten "Bella Vista", weil Sie wirklich keine schönere Aussicht vor Ihrer Haustür sehen werden.

Perfekt am Ufer des Elizabeth Harbour gelegen, nur wenige Schritte von der Eingangstür entfernt, macht Bella Vista seinem Namen "Beautiful View" alle Ehre. Das Hotel liegt im Palm Bay Beach Club @ The Hideaways. Die Gäste genießen den Komfort eines Resort-Lebens in Ihrem eigenen privaten Rückzugsort. Unser Immobilienverwalter Wade holt Ihnen gerne ein paar Lebensmittel für Ihren Urlaub. Die Gäste würden bei der Ankunft einfach Wade für abgeholte Lebensmittel bezahlen. Wir liefern Wasser, Seifen, Starterpaket Waschmittel und einige Toilettenartikel.

Perfect - you will want to stay here!!
Our first trip to Exuma was especially rewarding! Amazing owners (Michael and Roseann) responded to all pre-trip questions and checked back with us asking if we had additional concerns. Michael and Roseann are passionate to ensuring a beautiful stay for their guests. We were blessed to meet them both and spend quality time together as they were enjoying a well-deserved break at their second location. Michael and Roseann went out of their way to pick up a surprise birthday cake, so it was in our unit upon our arrival, and they included us in an adventure! They are genuinely fantastic people! The amazing property manager flawlessly picked up groceries for our arrival and stopped by to say hello later in the week. The home is spotless and well stocked with everything I needed to prepare meals and to stay comfortable and relaxed. The location – well, it couldn’t be more perfect. Just feet away from the water, stunning views each morning with our coffee, a short walk to Jolly Hall and August Bay and convenient Splash amenities. Centrally located on the island allowed for short drives to George Town and pleasant drives to both ends of the island/Little Exuma. We will be back!!

Amazing property with stunning views
This property-and the service from the owner was well beyond 5 stars. It was stocked with everything we could have possibly needed and then some. Kudo's to the housekeeping staff, the place was spotless. Thank you to the prior guests or owner for leaving spare coffee for us, we arrived on a Sunday when everything was closed. If we didn't want to sit outside, we could relax in the living room and still see an amazing view. Jolly Hall beach is just a short walk on the beach to the left. For exceptional dining, take a very short walk to Augusta Bay. The only problem we had is that we didn't book a long enough stay. We will remedy that next time.

Excellent Property
This beautiful property is 100% as advertised. Prior to booking Bella Vista, I read the description and reviews and I'm happy to say BV is truly a gem. The unit is updated and fully stocked; the view from the unit is gorgeous and the location on Exuma is outstanding as well. Michael and Roseann are wonderful and really do treat you like family. They were extremely helpful before, during and even after our stay! They went above and beyond to make our first visit to Exuma a memorable one. We hope to come back to Bella Vista or Bella Vista Breeze for a future stay

Can't Wait to Go Back!
We have stayed at the Hideaways property previously and really like the amenities. The cottages vary in terms of their comfort and supplies and Bella Vista is the absolute best. We really appreciated the chairs and umbrella and the stocked kitchen. The views are unbeatable - you can see the ocean from the bed. The owners have great communication in advance of arrival and made everything easy for us. We can't wait to go back to Bella Vista or the owners' other beachfront cottage.

True Paradise
We love Bella Vista and can’t wait to return! Michael and Roseann were the perfect hosts! They are so thoughtful, kind, reachable, and responsive. Loved Our Stay
This was the first time that my husband and I have been in the Bahamas. The Exuma Islands are amazing! We are super-happy with our stay at Bella Vista. Perfect location, beautiful property, wonderful hosts. Michael and Roseann answered all our questions promptly and reached out to us during our stay to make sure everything was going well. You couldn't ask for more personal service than that! Bella Vista was just so homey and inviting and had everything we needed or wanted. First of all, Michael & Roseanne were beyond helpful. From the day we booked until we were actually there, they were so attentive and easy to get in touch with. Any emails I sent with questions were answered promptly. They were also so helpful in navigating the island. The booking and check in processes were easy and clear cut. The property was not only adorable but super clean. Cleo was helpful and kind. In fact all of the staff at The Hideaways was extremely helpful. Wonderful!
The property is exactly described, and everything we could have asked for! The host communication was exceptional. I don't know what to say except that all of the reviews and descriptions are accurate. Although there was so much to see and do on beautiful Exuma, we never wanted to leave the property. The best beach was just next door, the on-site restaurant was open for all meals, and the food was great! The villa had everything we could ever need to cook, including spices and condiments. All the beach toys were on site also. This is the best place to stay on the island by far.

Amazing stay in paradise!
Bella Vista is absolutely gorgeous, the photos don’t do it justice. The renovations are beautiful and the house was super clean and well stocked with everything we needed and more. Michael and Roseann were perfect hosts, from the moment we booked they were in contact with lots of helpful information. This meant that we knew what to pack and what to do in Exuma to maximize our vacation. The check in/out processes were easy and Michael checked in with us and was really responsive during the stay. We had such a wonderful time exploring (highly recommend Forbes Hill Beach and Pretty Molly Beach) and also just enjoying the Bella Vista area (there’s great snorkeling right offshore, we saw lots of fish, starfish, a sea turtle, and even a nurse shark). We can’t wait to come back!!

A wonderful trip!!
This is a beautiful property and location made even more exceptional by the attention to detail of the owners. We booked before the renovations.....so it was an unexpected bonus! HIdeaways is a great location, probably less than 5 minutes from Georgetown and about at the halfway point of the island. The restaurant was closed when we were there for renovations, but it will really be nice to have food onsite when it opens back up in a few weeks. When a say attention to detail of owners, this also includes the guide to the island they send you. It's a game changer!!!!! We referenced it multiple times daily and it really sets you up for success. Highlights of trip were eating at Coco Plum Bistro, 7 beach tour with Exuma watersports, driving around lost and discovering new things, going to peace and plenty after 14 years, and just hanging out right in front of condo. Exuma is a place for those who want to get off the beaten path and away from huge resorts. I know when I return to Exuma, I'll be staying at Bella Vista again.

Paradise Found at Bella Vista
Our trip, from the planning stages through our departure and return home, was nothing short of perfection! Roseann and Mike were the ultimate hosts! They were always in contact and answering any questions we had. Bella Vista was absolutely the perfect location for our family of 4 (2 girls ages 10 and 12). The villa had everything we could ask for, was sparkling clean and well, we did not want for anything during our stay! The location was so incredible, right on the beach. Our girls loved being able to swim out and enjoy the beautiful blue water right from the front porch! We explored and explored the wonderful island of Exuma so much beauty to behold! A week in paradise
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bella Vista. Michael and Rosanne were the best hosts we could of asked for. They were always in communication and making sure all was well. They provide a lot of information about the island that was very helpful. The location of the property was perfect for us. They provided everything we could ever of thought of for our stay. The oceanfront view was surreal waking up to everyday. The unit was everything we had read and more! We loved it so much we booked for next year. This is the most beautiful place we have ever visited.

Amazing!
It was the best vaca ever! From beginning to end it was perfect - the weather, people, beaches and villa! I can’t even begin to say enough about the villa BellaVista at Hideaways. It was like walking through our own front door - there is nothing you could want or need that they did not have there and the owners answered any and all questions and believe me I asked a lot and they couldn’t have been more pleasant and helpful! We can’t wait to go back! Thank you Roseann and Mike!!

Heaven on Earth
I don’t even know where to start. We have travelled extensively and always use VRBO. But this by far was the best experience we’ve ever had. Our hosts, Mike and Roseann were exceptional. Their communication throughout the process was exemplary. We were even lucky enough to get to meet them during our stay. They are fabulous people whose main concern is that their guests have the best experience possible whether it’s staying at Bella Vista, renting a car or taking an excursion. They are always available and ready to help. The villa was clean and comfortable and perfectly located. Having a restaurant on site was very convenient. But if you prefer to cook, everything you need is already in the villa. They have thought of everything and then some. We will be frequent returning guests whether it’s at Bella Vista or their new unit, Bella Vista Breeze (which we also got to tour and it’s going to be fabulous!). Exuma is by far the most beautiful place we’ve ever visited and we cannot wait to return.

Perfect getaway with a incredible view !!
This rental make our dream vacations come true. From the reservation process, check-in and even during our stay Micheal and Roseann were always communicating with us to make sure everything was ok. Very causy villa, beachfront and just a minute away from the fabulous Jolly Hall Beach, this rental is centrally located and easily accessible with a large parking if you rent a car. The on site Splash restaurant is very good as well, after a big day beach hopping, grabbing a last minute pizza and enjoying the view from front porch is priceless. Lot of amenities into the villa from beach chairs to umbrellas or even snorkeling equipement you won’t need to overpack your luggage to enjoy the island. Truly a amazing renting experience, thanks so much Micheal and Roseann for this opportunity, will definitely will come back in a near future.

7 Days in Paradise!
Pictures do not do justices, absolutely beautiful, owners were super easy to work with, very helpful! Love sitting on the patio looking straight out to the Ocean that is only steps away! Hope to be back!
