"Lets start with the good: nice beach, great pool, nice garden, friendly staff, comfy beds, family friendly with lots of kids. Unfortunately for me there were a few things that stood out negatively: Rooms are not really clean (had a big wad of black hair in my balcony that no one removed in days). The bathroom is huge but very outdated, the shower head is so low that I as a small woman didn’t fit under it. If you used all the pressure then you flooded the entire bathroom. The room was also extremely damp, all my clothes felt damp afterwards and sleeping in a damp bed is also no fun. The price for breakfast is outrageous for what you actually get (please don’t fill the hot water for tea in a thermos that was previously used for coffee, all my tea tasted like coffee). The burger in the restaurant was completely raw inside, a big no in a tropical climate. There are no umbrellas in the rooms and not enough at reception but you can only reach breakfast going out in the rain. Some people showed up with towels on their heads. Never had a hotel in a tropical climate that did not provide umbrellas. Overall experience wasn’t the best, would probably not stay there again."

"Sauberes Zimmer mit extra großem Bett. Frühstück mit umfangreichem Angebot. Die gesamte Anlage, insbesonders unser Zimmer, wirkt sehr in die Jahre gekommen mit einem sehr großen Bedarf an Reparaturen und Instandhaltung."

"Sehr schöne Unterkunft direkt im Zentrum von Papeete. Ausgesprochen freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Leckeres Frühstück. Wir haben nichts vermisst."

"Zimmer sind alt, teilweise abgewohnt und nicht qualitativ gebaut. Personal ist liebevoll und unglaublich freundlich, aber leider überfordert. Das Grundstück ist das Highlight, das Hotel (Zimmer, Service, Essen) an sich jedoch nicht. Das Essen ist eher "okay" gemessen am Standard den man bei dem Zimmerpreis erwartet. Ich würde es nicht wieder buchen, aber gerne zurück an diese wunderschöne Location"

"Wunderschöne Anlage, sehr schöne Bugalows. Würde wieder Bungalow mit eigenem kleinen Pool buchen. Sehr freundliches Personal. Wenig Gäste, nicht Hochsaison, was sehr angenehm ist. Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal in den zwei Hoteleigenen Boutiquen. "

"Angesprochene Mängel wurden mit freundlichem Desinteresse zur Kenntnis genommen. Frühstücksbuffet ab 0830 Uhr leegefegt und schlecht in Auswahl und Qualität. Lage am Strand das Highlight. Dafür der Preis unangemessen."
