„This trip was a celebration for my son receiving his Doctorate in Chemistry. He has worked so hard on his dissertation and really needed a place to relax and wind down. Exuma and this property delivered exactly that. The place was clean, spacious, and well stocked. We used the paddle board and all the kayaks to explore the beautiful water from the beach right behind the house. We were able to snorkel seeing lots of fish along the rocks surrounding the beach. „This was our fourth trip to the Exuma’s and the first time staying at Casa Bella. This property is by far the nicest we have stayed at. The property manager Martin was absolutely wonderful. „The customer service and attention to detail is excellent. You can tell they take pride in their property and homes. The villa was cleaned like you would want your own house cleaned. It was spacious inside and out, plus so many amenities including but not limited to ability to do car and boat rental from Charlie on site. Charlie is an amazing host. „The Villa is absolutely beautiful and comfortable. We felt very safe there. It’s close to Georgetown for shopping and catching the water taxi. We loved having a little private beach with kayaks and lounge chairs. The fish pound is really fun to watch the different types of fish and the sea turtle. We would definitely stay again. “

„Walking in to the house we were immediately in awe of the beautiful view from the front door through the home to the infiniti pool and gorgeous beach. „The house was perfect for the two of us: a little older, more charming and a short walk to beautiful Jimmy Hill beach. A rental car is helpful for the drive to Georgetown and exploring the island. One sad thing is that trash gets left around the island. Enjoyed Tim's (on the beach a half mile away), Shirley's (on the way to Georgetown), the sushi at Exuma Yacht Club in Georgetown and a beachfront bar in Williamstown, Little Exuma.“

We had 2 other families including our own, total of 9, and had more than enough space for sleeping (1 bedroom left empty). The property manager, Sam, is very responsive and easy to work with.
