It’s not clear from the advertising but the toilet and bathroom are situated elsewhere on the site, as is the kitchen. „We have stayed here before and when looking for accommodation this time this place stood out as the best of all we looked at.Across the road from the ocean, there is a great view from upstairs where the kitchen, lounge, 2 bedrooms and bath room are. Downstairs are several more bedrooms and 2 more bathrooms.The house is only 10 to 15 mins from Hastings, Havelock North and 25mins from Napier.If we come to this area again I won't even bother to look at what else is available.“

„We really enjoyed our stay at the Berry Farm, it was quiet and peaceful and the hosts really helped to make our stay special. The property was clean and nicely appointed, had everything that you could use for an extended stay. We enjoyed strolling around the property and watched the wildlife in the nearby pond.For activities, we went to Te Mata Peak to take pictures of the sunset, fed the Penguins at the nearby National Aquarium of New Zealand, went to the Strawberry Patch for local fruits & ...

„Our stay in this lovely beach house was perfect for our needs. Paula and Keith were extraordinarily warm and welcoming hosts. The garden was mesmerizing cosy and private and the house was very clean and beautifully decorated. It offered everything you need to live and in case there was anything needed, Paula an Keith were open and happy to help. We wish to come again in our lifetime.“
