„The house was big and beautiful! Very easy to check in and the manager was great getting back to me when I had questions. the kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed. Hot tub was nice. Loved the gas stove in the living room for heat. The kids (and adults) loved watching the birds at the feeder. The only thing we would change is having a tv in the living room. When grandsons wanted to watch tv, someone had to be in the basement with them. So then the family was separated. But maybe ...

„Booked this property when we visited for my nephew’s wedding. Everything was amazing! Exactly as described. We had a group of several family members who enjoyed all of the areas to sit and visit. Very comfortable home in a nice quiet area. We had everything we needed and the communication with our host was outstanding! I would definitely recommend this property!!“

„This house was perfect for our family gathering in my wife’s hometown. Plenty of room for the 8 of us to sleep, and a large dining/living room area for a family meal and space to visit. The beds were comfortable. 2 grandsons claimed the room in the basement with a couch and loveseat. This will definitely be top of our list again if we have another family gathering here. Large smart TV in the main room. Smaller TV in some of the bedrooms. Nice book collection, and some DVD’s.“

„We stayed here to celebrate my husband’s 40th birthday, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The location is absolutely stunning, surrounded by trees that gave us the perfect sense of peace and seclusion. „We stayed here on a trip for the Knoxville Nationals. Went to the John Wayne Museum, seen the bridges. The house is a nice house, met many locals at the pharmacy-resturaunt in the square downtown, very friendly, ate at several other local spots, all good service and food. The area is quiet and the house in great shape, clean, had plenty of towels and comfortable beds. Would definitely recommend if you need a place in this area. “

„We stayed because property is between IA State Fair, and our extended family in Minburn. Kids/Grandkids came down from Twin Cities and we from Chicago. Adel is a nice town and property is convenient in a nice neighborhood. Home is large and comfortable, property from 1930's? All appliances and kitchen and beds were in good shape. (Appreciated the A/C)! We had to work out some issues with the owner, but she responded quickly and appropriately. We all had a great time.“
