Hotel Estate Mount Pleasant West

« First time here at this resort. The weather was off and on rainy most of the week. The room was clean and presentable. There are no phones in the room so you have to walk to reception if you need anything. There are two large TVs but cable service is spotty at best. We had a problem with the diverter valve in our shower. The issue was promptly addressed. The fan lights are controlled by a remote. They had a tendency to come on by themselves at 2AM. « I can't say enough about the staff at The Fred. From the moment we checked in the people were wonderful. Delia was a true Godsend. We had a few issues with our room and she promptly moved us to a different one. Heather the evening bartender was so special. I can't say enough about the whole staff. We truly enjoyed our stay! »

« /We had a great stay at Victoria house. The property was clean and right next to the beach where there is turtle watching and snorkeling. Plenty of places to get food and right next to the center of arts. The town is quaint but with a 20 minute drive to anything you may want to do. The bar next to it gets pretty loud but closes early. We would stay here again. for price, location and overall experience. »

Je n'ai pas aimé la façon dont le transport de l'hôtel vers les différents points d'attraction se fait. Si tu n'as pas de voiture il faut négocier le prix du transport avec les chauffeurs de taxi. Les prix peuvent être exagérés si tu n'as pas d'idée. Ce n'est pas réglementé et il faut payer cash . »
