„The Beach Hut is in a great location - really close to the beach, and a short drive from Rye and Hastings. The Hut was in great condition - very clean and the comfortable. The resort has lots to do (we had a lot of fun playing bingo!). Great for a family holiday or short break.“

„We stayed 3 nights at Zanzibar, for our lab retreat - 16 (neuro)scientists from London who were looking for a nice place to hang out, cook, drink, bind and talk science. Zanzibar did not disappoint! it's an amazing place to chill and have fun. Kitchen is fully equipped, rooms are set tastefully and beautifully, the common area has plenty of space to cozy up in big or small groups, and hot tup was a bonus. Location is great too -- short walk to the train station, a pleasant walk to hiking paths ...

The house was well appointed with comfy beds and all home comforts. Beautiful landscape views. Hosts were very accomodating and very reactive to any requests. „This house is a fabolous place to spend some time with a large-ish group. We were 9 people spread over three generations. The kitchen is a wonderful gathering space, with lots of room for everybody. Even with all people there it didn't feel crowded and left lots of space to walk around. Lots of smaller spaces for a quiet retreat too.
