„The staff is absolutely amazing! Every last one of the staff was so attentive and accommodating. The room was spacious and held 3 adults and 1 child (child was bigger than all the adults) comfortably. Breakfast was delicious. I would come back to this hotel anytime I’m back in Sapa! I highly recommend this property!“

„The resort is very tastefully decorated, very comfortable and clean. The highlight is the view of the mountains and the Fansipan, the spa is also beautifully designed. The staff were very friendly, after a trek with some mud they got us a new brush to clean our clothes and shoes. The procedures are still a bit bumpy in the spa and at the breakfast buffet, but I think this will improve as the hotel has just opened. We felt very comfortable here and can recommend it without reservation.“

„Wir waren super zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt.
Der Service vom Personal war ausgezeichnet, sehr nett und Frau Hang hatte sehr gute Englisch Kenntnisse. Dadurch war die Kommunikation sehr gut wenn man etwas wissen wollte.“
