„Owners obviously take care to have a very clean, comfortable experience. Loved the pool, but sorry I didnt scroll down far enough on 1 VACASA message that said that 3 days prior to arrival, request pool heater be turned on. I had planned on on lot of water walking, but guess this is on me. One recommendation about Master BR bed-It was an uncomfortable mattress and wasnt too steady on its feet, so I slept in other room. „This house was perfect!! Beautiful inside and out with a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed fishing from the beach, the Sand Bar for lunch and local fish from the market. House was well stocked with supplies for the beach and host was terrific with excellent communication. We have been to the area several times and this was by far and away our best trip. Just an amazing house and we cannot recommend it enough!!!!“

„Es gab mit Linda & Ernie netten Kontakt im Vorfeld. Alle Fragen wurden schnell & freundlich beantwortet. Das Haus war wunderbar! Groß, geräumig mit herrlicher überdachter Terrasse, die wir sehr viel genutzt haben. Auch abends kein Problem, da der Außenbereich einen kompletten Mückenschutz hatte. Hier gab es einen großen Esstisch und auch eine gemütliche Sitzgruppe. Der Pool war toll & wir haben ihn ebenfalls viel genutzt. Der Bootssteg war das Highlight für meine Jungs. „We loved our stay at this property! The house was exactly as stated and shown. It was spacious, very clean and had everything we needed for our stay! Kathleen was great to work with…very responsive and was quick to address any needs. We had a dishwasher issue and she immediately had someone there to check it out…it was quickly replaced. One of the true highlights of this property is the pool! Large, clean and warm! LOVED it! Would recommend this property!“

„Perfect spot for a golf trip. House was awesome! Very clean. Pool table was a hit. We grilled out every night. Relaxed in the pool. Beds were comfy (I got the big bedroom with the AWESOME shower!) really there was nothing this house didn’t have! Pretty close to the downtown area if you wanted to go to the restaurants & bars, about a 3 minute drive.“

„Nice property, cute neighborhood but photos were a bit misleading. Shown with an umbrella and two loungers on the deck but no umbrella and one torn lounger when we arrived. The owner was responsive and did have new chairs shipped to the door, but we had to assemble them and bring an extra beach umbrella out to the deck for shade. The shower curtain was moldy and the baking pans were not clean. The outside area is great and the hot tub is also a very nice amenity. It would be very nice if there ...

„The house is equipped with everything and more. The kitchen probably has bigger domestic appliance than I have at home. The exit trough the bathroom to the garden and beach ist perfekt. Bird life was especially good for viewing in the back yard and we had at least 3 small alligators in the lake. Interior of the house was clean but could use some further maintenance (eg not all the blinds are in good repair.). Host was responsive and easy to work with.“

„Thank you for sharing your property with us! We had magnificent views—- including a full double rainbow 😍 the space was comfortable and clean and perfect for a long weekend getaway. We were able to easily access our boat to spend time on Cayo costa, lunch on cabbage key and a dip in the pool at the N. Captiva club. We didn’t need to use the bunk house, but would be perfect if we brought the kids! Thank you!!“
