Roomy and clean
Enjoyed our stay. The yard was large and private and the neighborhood was older but quiet. Furnishing and decor was stylish and sturdy. Would have liked for there to be TVs in the bedrooms. Overall a nice stay!

Clean, comfortable, convenient
We came for a long weekend to attend a concert. The house was very clean, and had everything we needed. It was a tad warm upstairs, and the hosts asked that the AC not be turned below a certain amount (can't remember what that was exactly, but it was reasonable. I think the issue was more with the circulation of air throughout the house) but the provided fans really helped with that. We'd stay here again.

Comfortable and met needs
The rental house was spotless…very well maintained inside. The outside yard was scraggly but the last day we were there (8 in total) the yard was mowed. The house smelled very strongly of Fabuloso and Febreeze, so my pregnant daughter in law went to another property. We located a mop bucket with a wet Fabuloso-soaked mop left in it by a zealous cleaner—-and put it in the garage but the smell persisted. I bought white vinegar and left bowls around the house…and we left all the windows open. There was a shortage of towels. One light weight bath towel per person…The location however was perfect for accessing the mountains, downtown, airport, my son’s house. A nearby Sprouts, Starbucks, great fresh fruit stand, Dairy Queen, etc. next time I rent I will ask about heavy fragrances used in cleaning…and to deodorize.

Such a cute and cozy place! Property manager kept in touch and made everything super easy. Our daughter graduated college in Boulder but her place was in Golden. This Wheat Ridge home was a perfect location for all the things we wanted to do and experience while we were there. AirSimplicity is amazing !

We enjoyed our stay in Wheat Ridge. The property manager was immediately responsive to all communication. The property was as described. It was clean and comfortable with a nice fenced backyard that would be perfect for a dog. It had everything we needed for our long weekend and was perfect for meeting our friends for a pleasant visit. The rules were clearly communicated and not too complicated. Be aware that if you have mobility issues, there is no bedroom or bathroom located on the main level. It is a tri level so the bedrooms and bathrooms are up or down a flight of stairs. The neighborhood was quiet but seemed a little older and some houses near looked a little run down. Ours was in great shape. Finally, it was conveniently located near the interstate and near grocery stores. We had a very pleasant stay.

We visited the Denver area for a family wedding and stayed here. It was a great place, with plenty of room in a quiet neighborhood. The home was super clean and met all of our needs. I would stay here again!

GREAT LOCATION
Property was perfectly located for our purposes. Everything was spotless when we arrived and the pictures on the VRBO website were totally accurate. We had two Golden Retrievers with us as we were attending the Goldens In Golden meet-up in nearby Golden. The fact that the home is completely fenced in was HUGE. We were able to go in the backyard and let the boys run every day. So they enjoyed themselves as much as we did. This property is very well priced and was completely stocked with pretty much everything we needed.

The purpose of our trip was to visit our son at CSOM for family weekend. We wanted a place were we could cook him some homemade meals and have a few of his friends over. This property was 15 minutes from campus in Golden. The house was equipped with all the kitchen utensils we needed and has a nice yard with grill for friends to gather.

Conveniently located, clean, and attractively decorated
We stayed only one night here, using it as a stopover before going farther west. The house appears to have been recently remodeled, nicely done. The outdoor space is nice also - plenty of seating, private, a good place to relax. The lower level with the tv room and a bedroom and bath were quite cool, the main level with kitchen/dining and living area were cool, but the upper two bedrooms were uncomfortably warm; ceiling fans are needed there rather than one box fan. We had an issue with lack of hot water but we didn’t expect it to be fixed in the short time we were there. All in all, it was fine for the one night for six of us.

Rockin' @ Red Rocks!
Our trip was planned around going to concert at Red Rocks Amphitheatre. We planned to see The Black Keys and the Cheese String Incident, plus visit with my friends nephew that lives in Wyoming. We had a little problem getting in but the host was available by phone and we figured out that I was using the code in instructional video instead of the code listed. This was great location, just minutes from Red Rocks. We each had our own bedroom. The house was perfect size for us and we loved the outside patio area. The dogs loved the yard and was able to run and play and be safe in the privacy fenced yard. We were happy that they were welcome to come. We would recommend this great home to others!

Our stay in Wheatridge!
Loved the place! It was actually bigger than we needed, one bedroom didn't even get used. The decor was just lovely. And, there is a nice patio and yard, fenced in, for privacy! Everything provided, even shampoo, conditioner and soap! Next time I'm in the area, will definitely stay again! Highly recommend!!!!!
