Del Ray Beach Delight
This is the perfect little place for a short stay right on the beach. You're one block from a beautiful beach and one block from all kinds of food and drink. What I loved the most is not needing a car and the ease of coming and going from the beach morning, noon and night.

Rude Host
Checked in around 8pm. There was water all over the floor in front of refrigerator. The refrigerator was leaking. Went to the information booklet where in a highlighted sentence it gave a number to call the host if anything is wrong. I explained to the host the problem and she said "Oh yes that happens with that refrigerator and the owner is not going to fix it so just throw some towels on the floor during your stay to soak up the water" I couldn't believe it. I asked why wouldn't you disclose this. She then got very rude and said she did not appreciate me calling her so late and that they were not fixing the problem so I would just have to deal with it. WOW ... I hope the owner knows what kind of host is representing him. Also the normal coffee pot was broken and rusty and leaked all over the counter. You can get one at Walmart for 15 bucks. I would never stay at a place with this host but would stay in this community again.

This is not a 1 BR apartment
The term “studio” Is buried in small letters at the bottom of the listing. I got duped into having to pay for a week without staying there as there was very little room in this space. There are two Murphy needs that are in the one room right next to the kitchen. The location is fine but the place is not as advertised. The realtor originally agreed with me and offered to get my money back. After speaking with the owner they changed their minds but my wife and I were already long gone and hundreds of miles away after they went back on their original decision.

Quick and easy walk to the beach
This spot was a perfect weekend getaway for me and my girlfriend to visit some friends. It was a quick and easy walk to the beach, and a short ride or walk to the downtown shops and restaurants. I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip down.

Property is as advertised. Plenty of space and all of the things needed in the kitchen to cook/prepare meals. Very close proximity to beach and restaurants. Enjoyed walking to Atlantic for ice cream in the evenings. Will definitely stay here again!

Great Getaway
The location is fantastic - no need for a car, everything you need is within walking distance or the Delray Freeride is available and convenient. Our only disappointment was the pool area and the cleanliness of the pool - we did not go to the pool once. Other than the pool, we really enjoyed out stay at the property and would rebook.

Easy walk to beach!
I selected this location because of its proximity to the beach. It is also an easy walk to "The Avenue" where all the nightlife takes place. The unit is small but very nicely updated. Perfect for two people. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend!

Great 10 day stay in this Grove Condo Studio Unit
The proximity to the beach and to down town Delray is wonderful. Unit recently remodeled and well done. Check in process and communication with the manager was excellent. For the price, well worth it. The only negative comment we have is that the seating which is only available if the 2nd murphy bed is not deployed (which we did not need) was very, very uncomfortable. No place to sit comortably and watch TV. We could have deployed the 2nd murphy bed and sat on that to watch TV but was afraid it would take up too much room.

This was our first time at this property. Great location, nice studio for two people. Close to Atlantic Ave and beach. Already booked for next year. Only negative was outdoor furniture in common area. Most chairs had broken webs needing repair. Property manager is very responsive and easy to work with. Highly reccomend!!

Nicely renovated studio at The Grove. I love the 50's exterior vibe. My unit was totally renovated and updated. Two suggestions: the medicine cabinet is the only mirror; I suggest hanging one on the wall right by the entrance. The kitchen floor tile has a little depression in the tile that ought to be fixed.

Pros and Cons
The Pros: Great location and walk to the beach. Pleasantly surprised how comfortable the Murphy bed was. The beach equipment was a great bonus. The Cons: No heat in the unit, kitchen equipment old and dingy, other than dish soap and a few rolls of tp there we no other amenities like coffee, bar soap etc. no sheets for the 2nd bed, not enough bath towels, the pool is in the back of the parking lot., the street is busy with fire and construction trucks
