Not so bad for the light rail trains, but larger freight trains are louder...I still slept pretty well, but could be an issue for lighter sleepers. The kitchen is really big with top of the line appliances and a coffee maker with a wide range of coffees to choose from. But we spent most of time on the covered patio. The best part of this house is the location. You can walk to EVERYTHING!! Can’t wait for the next trip!“
