„The number of bedrooms and bathrooms was great for the 13 of us. The big kitchen, pantry and long dining tables made for fun interaction. The game room with pool table and ping pong table were perfect for after dinner fun. Beautiful property on the river. We plan to go back. Historic homes are tough to maintain and our hope is that it is as nice in the future as it was this week.“

„This is a beautiful property. We had a lovely view of the sunrise on the mountain before we drove to Hunter to ski (about 11 miles / 16 minutes away) and then enjoyed the living room fireplace each evening. The property is close to both Hunter and Phoenicia for breakfast, dinner, or shopping but quiet and secluded enough to feel private and restful. We hope to come back in the summer to enjoy breakfast by the creek and dinner on the large deck.“

„The house was great. It's new and had everything we needed/wanted. Thre was a small deck where the BBQ grill was located and there were plenty of seats and tables on the lawn. We had a great time BBQing. The yard was not fenced, but had natural vegetation separting it from the other properties. We loved the community pool/beach/tennis court. „Overall the stay was nice. The inside of the home was very neat and tidy. My complaints would be that the outdoor BBQ hut grill was not clean. Also, we were unable to use the hot tub because the chemicals were very overpowering. It was kind of a bummer not being able to use those amenities but otherwise we had a very nice stay.“

„We travel to the Catskills at least once a year and stay at various locations. What sets this property apart is the true seclusion and absolutely no distractions from the nature around you. Even though it is close to hubs like Wyndham and Hunter (less than 20 to both) when sitting outside it feels like you are in the middle of nowhere. Inside is clean, cosey by the fire, and lots of fun things to do with our teenagers. Definitely would stay again.“
