„Enjoyed my stay at Gateway. Although the exterior and hallways give an institutionalized vibe, my studio room was absolutely wonderful. It was very functional and relaxing place to stay after a hardday skiing. I would stay there again. I did have some issues with an extension cord that was used to plug up appliances in the kitchen area. Also found the kitchen area, especially at night was dark and needed more light. Overall, a great place to stay! A great place to stay with easy walking access ...

„This was a very comfortable and cozy place had everything you can imagine. The Kitchen was perfect and was lacking nothing. The only thing I would change is the TV was Very Small maybe 36" pretty hard to Watch a Movie. Other than that I would stay there again anytime.“

„The stay was a disaster, the house was full of bugs, we couldn't stand it and left early after a terrible night. The hostess was not willing to compensate us for our early departure. She said these bugs were an evil in the region. We believe that having these bugs crawling into your ears at night is a significant deficiency that needs to be pointed out in advance. „We had a small group and a short stay at this beautiful Durango property on Florida Road. We arrived immediately after a major snow storm, and we sincerely appreciated that the driveway had been plowed. The property was clean and ready for our arrival. The hot tub was at the appropriate temperature. The house has many useful appliances, utensils and extras. I would strongly recommend this property for multi-family or larger group stays in the area.“

„The house is in close proximity to downtown restaurants and bars, so this property was in a great location. Pet friendly yard. Family friendly living room with lots of games and entertainment stuff. Craftsmanship inside the home was amazing. Really enjoyed walking around the home and looking at all the details that went into building it. Fit 9 people comfortably. „This condo was as advertised. Right on the river, great views, and a garage. You can walk to town and the hot springs and it’s an easy drive to Wolf Creek.
