I submitted a complaint and still haven’t heard back.
First and foremost, the cleanliness of the property was deplorable. My room had dead bugs on the walls and was not properly cleaned upon arrival. Despite being moved three times, each room had significant issues, with the last one still being below any reasonable standard of accommodation.
Additionally, the air conditioning was not functioning properly, making it extremely uncomfortable, and the WiFi was unreliable, which directly interfered with my ability to complete my homework. These basic amenities are expected at any reputable resort, and their failure added to my frustration.
To make matters worse, when I requested to speak with management at checkout, I was told that the manager was in a meeting. When she finally acknowledged my concerns, she acted as if she didn’t care, which only added to my frustration. The lack of professionalism and concern for guest experience was unacceptable.
Given the numerous issues I faced and the fact that I had no choice but to endure these subpar conditions, I am formally requesting a full refund. The online description of your resort does not align with the reality of my experience, and I feel misled as a guest.
